By purchasing a service or plan from ProLink SEO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with a purchase.
ProLink SEO provides digital marketing and search engine optimisation services including SEO site audits, keyword strategy, technical SEO, content pipeline, link building and conversion optimisation. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods or on-site services are included unless explicitly agreed in a separate written scope.
Digital services are delivered within the timelines described on each service page and in the Delivery Policy. Campaign start is typically within 3 business days of payment. Monthly services begin in the billing cycle following the campaign start date.
You agree to provide accurate business information during checkout and to grant necessary platform access, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics and your website CMS, in a timely manner. Delays in granting access may affect campaign start dates without affecting billing obligations.
The Launch and Scale monthly plans have a 3-month minimum commitment. After the minimum period, either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. The Dominate plan has no minimum commitment. Notice of cancellation must be sent to hello@prolinkseo.com.
All prices are in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. ProLink SEO does not store payment card details. Invoices are issued digitally.
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
Work product created by ProLink SEO as part of your campaign, including content, reports and technical recommendations, becomes your property upon full payment. Methodology, templates and proprietary systems remain the property of ProLink SEO.
ProLink SEO does not guarantee specific search rankings. Search engine behaviour is outside our control. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the 30 days prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect losses including lost revenue, lost business or data loss caused by our services or their absence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
