All services sold by ProLink SEO are digital in nature and are delivered remotely. Because significant time and resources are committed at the start of each campaign, our refund terms reflect the non-recoverable nature of that work.
The SEO Site Audit and other one-time service purchases are eligible for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided that no substantive work has commenced. Once an audit has been initiated or a deliverable has been produced, no refund is available. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a delivered audit, contact us within 5 business days and we will review and revise the deliverable at no charge.
Monthly plan purchases are non-refundable after the campaign start date. If you cancel within the plan minimum period, you are responsible for fees to the end of that minimum period. After the minimum period, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month following 30 days written notice.
Add-on purchases attached to a campaign order follow the same terms as the primary service. One-time add-ons are refundable within 24 hours if work has not yet commenced.
Consulting hours are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled. Unscheduled hours may be refunded within 30 days of purchase on request.
To request a refund under these terms, contact hello@prolinkseo.com with your order reference and reason. We will acknowledge within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We respond to all formal refund disputes within 5 business days with documentation.
