All services are delivered entirely digitally. You receive reports, strategy documents, content, technical recommendations and link acquisition documentation by email or via shared platforms such as Google Docs, Google Drive or a shared project management document. No physical goods are shipped at any point.
After a successful payment, you will receive an onboarding email within 24 hours. Campaign work begins within 3 business days of access being granted. Delays in providing required access, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics or CMS credentials, may push the start date forward without affecting billing obligations.

The SEO Site Audit is delivered as a written report within 5-7 business days of payment. A 30-minute walkthrough call is scheduled after delivery at a time convenient to you.
ProLink SEO operates on US Central Time (CT), Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm. Onboarding emails are sent within 24 hours of payment on business days. Payments made on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
If a deliverable is late beyond the stated timeline without prior communication from us, contact hello@prolinkseo.com. We will investigate and either provide the deliverable or issue a partial credit where appropriate. Our Refund Policy applies to cases where delivery does not occur.
